MANDALLAZ Christophe
Portrait MANDALLAZ Christophe

Born in 1966.
His creations are the work of a precocious and perpetual fascination. At eight years he discovered James Bond film in "The Man with the Golden Gun". He created his first comic in black and white in the guise of a secret agent-like 007. Five adventures, first inspiration, the beginnings of a passion and a long creative process.

At eleven, he changes of scenery, draws on science fiction with a new source of inspiration. "Star Wars" George Lucas transported into another world that explores the brush tip by drawing his adventures in ink, black and white. His technique is refined, its style is precise. At fifteen, he paints in oils and acrylics and for ten years, produces paintings and drawings hyper-realistic airbrush and brush.

In 2007, technical change, the same influences. Full complementarity artistic worlds meet, the sets are born and come alive on large format canvases. Often inspired by the beauty of ancient statues to meet the high fashion models, the same curves are redrawn and evolve by superimposing a beautiful and powerful animal that sleeps naturally a sports car.

Christophe Mandallaz is an image sensor dynamic and punchy. In sport, film, fashion, design, automotive, architecture, the representation of the great capitals of the world ends or forgotten, it transforms the images and assemble them as we make a material with high visual responsiveness .

His paintings metal ultra chrome ink, screen printing in black and white or color, lay movement, the curve of time and take his red-handed pop art world, between fiction and reality.
